Come experience, learn and enjoy how you can build your internal garden (gut microbiome) and discover how easy and delicious it is to eat REAL food that will make you digest and absorb your nutrients as well as make you strong and happy from the inside out.
Nevine Elchibini, Optimal Food Coach & Culinary Instructor will demonstrate how to make your own kombucha (fermented tea) as well as tastings of various superstar prebiotic and probiotic foods.
