Nevine Elchibini, Optimal Food Coach & Culinary Instructor will demonstrate how to make your own kombucha (fermented tea) as well as tastings of various superstar prebiotic and probiotic foods.

Join us in our 2nd Annual celebration of life, held in honour of all those who continue to fight, as my father (Kenneth Ernest Johnson), their courageous battle against cancer.

Just Keep Running – 2012


Ruth Robison Magnus ran the equivalent of a marathon a week for 52 weeks to honour her friend Lynn Guillotte who lost her battle with cancer in 2010. She raised $32,166 in support of the West Island Cancer Wellness Centre (WICWC).  Ruth continually stressed that running 42 km a week is nothing compared to battling cancer.
