- Navigating systems can be very challenging. It is important to be clear on your needs and to seek the correct information from a reliable source. It can also be helpful to find a group who is living similar things that you are. They can be an excellent resource for support and information.
Spiritual Wellness: is one's connection with their inner self or the broader world in seeking meaning or purpose
- Spirituality involves exploring certain universal themes – love, compassion, altruism, life after death, wisdom and truth. The means to which you seek spiritual enlightenment is very personal, for some it’s through church, others through meditation and yoga or nature (to name a few). Since spirituality was one of the areas you wish to explore further, please first ask yourself what spirituality in your life is and where can I seek it.
