The WICWC is a registered charity dedicated to offering compassionate care and support to anyone experiencing cancer – either having it themselves or supporting someone with cancer.
At the WICWC, we strongly believe in the importance of cancer wellness, the whole-person approach that complements traditional medicine. Our goal is to empower individuals who are living with cancer by addressing their physical, spiritual, emotional, informational, social, systemic, and practical needs, which are collectively known as the 7 pillars of cancer wellness.
We understand that when someone is diagnosed with cancer, it can have a profound impact on their loved ones. That’s why we have created resource lists to provide support for all those living with cancer, whether directly or through a family member or friend.
Our resource lists are designed to support children, teenagers, and young adults, as well as their caregivers, teachers, and bereaved loved ones.
