Yoga Tune Up
Thursday, February 13, 2020

A unique workshop designed to help improve posture, decrease pain and increase performance. Whether you are a weekend or pro athlete, yogi, dancer, gym buff or medical professional, explore better breath, better movement and most importantly, self care and recovery through soothing rolling techniques. Leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and restored with new energy! Yoga Tune Up® and Coregeous® balls will be provided and available to purchase during the evening.

About Jasmine:
Jasmine’s motto is ‘fit and well for a lifetime’, encouraging and inspiring everyone to adopt a healthy, fit and vibrant lifestyle. She is a well-known, successful, versatile personal trainer and body movement leader with decades of experience. She is an E-RYT 200 and 500 RYT Yoga Alliance member, a licensed Yoga Tune Up® instructor and SUP Yoga teacher. Founder of Jasmine Rose Yoga® in 2015, Jasmine ‘s weekly teaching schedule includes a class at the West Island Cancer Wellness Centre as well as several fitness classes for the 50+ plus crowd in St. Lazare. Her passions include wellness, tennis, windsurfing, cross-country skiing, gardening, cooking and walking her dog in the woods.

Spring Sprouting

Learn how to sprout edible seeds of life and micro greens and how these can contribute to your health. Once the magic happens, you can taste them in some delectable recipes.  Nevine will be making a recipe from her book to show you how!

Note: Please note MOST of the workshops will be bilingual, but discussions and questions can be addressed in French. Space is limited – RSVP today!!
