In conjunction with CORE Women, we are pleased to invite you to participate in our 3rd Spring into Wellness Fair. Are you looking for ways to improve your wellness through nutrition, essential oils, homeopathy, skincare or other? Then come visit the 40 exhibitors who will be at the Fair to introduce you to products and services to improve your health and wellness. Admission and parking are free!  For a small fee, you can also attend the workshops & conferences that will be taking place throughout the day.

All proceeds benefit West Island Cancer Wellness Centre and CORE Women.

Nevine Elchibini is a successful educator, speaker, coach and animator in nutritional wellness and healthy cooking.  She recently published the ” Food Synergies at Work: Powerful Food Combinations for Better Health” book. An experienced business professional, naturopath, and volunteer, Nevine has engaged thousands of individuals in the public and corporate sectors in workshops, public speaking events and as a guest on CBC radio talk shows. Best known for her unique, hands-on, interactive approach, Nevine’s workshops are both educational and fun.  She offers pragmatic solutions for tapping into the health-boosting, protective power of food.  Nevine’s own journey to healthier nutrition was sparked by her experience with breast cancer in 2008.  As she transformed, she made it her mission to inspire others to take responsibility for their own health.  Nevine practices a healthy lifestyle in Montreal, Canada where she stays physically active and enjoys gardening, cooking, reading, and writing.

Terry Ruggi

Terry Ruggi is an educator, certified life coach, and speaker whose passion is the journey of personal growth through life’s various challenges. Apart from working as an educator for 30 years she started Labyrinth Coaching 3 years ago. She currently guides and supports caregivers at the WICWC (West Island Cancer Wellness Centre) with group and individual coaching. Her knowledge, compassion and understanding stems from having been a caregiver to her husband who experienced cancer. She deeply believes that we all possess the ability to be resilient, resourceful, and courageous in the face of life’s adversities.

Sheila Bicknell

An award winning entrepreneur, speaker and author, Andrea Courey, M Ed., welcomes all opportunities to normalize death, reduce fear and shed light on life after life.  Six weeks after her daughter passed, Andrea sat down to write her a letter – the kind of letter a mother writes to help express her grief.  Fully expecting to burn it upon completion, her world changed when Chloe answered back.  There began a conversation touching on what lies beyond the veil, how to communicate with our loved ones on the other side and more. Andrea joins the Wellness Fair to bring you a short, authentic talk about a very big subject.
