NOURISHING YOGA AND SOUND HEALING VIRTUAL CLASS

This session combines a calming yoga practice and soothing sound meditation to:

  • Relieve stress

  • Promote relaxation

  • Clear your mind

  • Leave you refreshed and focused

WHAT YOU WILL NEED: A quiet room / yoga mat / loose cozy clothing / yoga blocks or big books / yoga bolster or rolled up 2nd yoga mat, blanket or cushion / several blankets, pillows or cushions / yoga strap or bathrobe belt or men’s tie / eye pillow, washcloth or small towel.

ABOUT JASMINE:  Jasmine’s motto is ‘Fit and Well for a lifetime’, encouraging and inspiring everyone to adopt a healthy, fit and vibrant lifestyle. She is a well known, versatile personal trainer, Yoga teacher and body movement leader with decades of experience. Her education includes dance studies at Universite de Montreal as well as numerous fitness certifications. She is a Yoga Tune Up® teacher as well as a Roll Model® practitioner. ABOUT HEATHER: Heather Pengelley’s goal is to help people to relax and rejuvenate their spirit – to find the calm within – through sound and mindfulness meditation. She has earned a diploma in Integrated Sound Healing for Groups, Sound Healing Academy, and offers sound mediations and sound baths live and online with crystal singing bowls, Native American flute, drum, xylophone, chimes, Himalayan bowls and other sound-healing instruments..
